Cal Davis, CPA, the President of the firm, graduated from Jacksonville University in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida with more than 37 years of experience in public accounting. Mr. Davis’s experience includes the following: Providing small business accounting, financial and tax advice to a wide variety of businesses including construction, professionals, retail, wholesale and restaurants.

While employed by a “Big Four” national accounting firm as an audit supervising senior prior to starting the firm in 1985, Mr. Davis had direct responsibility for the financial, controllership and tax preparation of small business clients. Corporate, Partnership and Individual tax planning and preparation, including real estate taxation. Experience in personal computer programs and implementation. Financial and business planning. Mr. Davis is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Kellyn Roy has been with the firm for over 10 years as the Administrative assistant and accountant providing data input and administrative support.

Jose Buchholz, graduated from George Mason University, Virginia, in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He has more than 30 years of experience in public accounting. Mr. Buchholz's experience includes the following: serve clients in a wide range of industries that include management, real estate, restaurant, automotive service, contracting, medical, personal service and retail wholesale. Work closely with business owners to set up and maintain the necessary accounting systems including the preparation of internal financial statements and income tax returns. Provide consulting services to include tax planning, budgeting, business expansion plans, ect.
